A Standard member at 1,800 sq ft is getting the exact same Phantom Elite experience as a Premier member at 3,500 sq ft. The price just reflects how long each visit takes us.

We'll measure on the welcome call and price you at the tier that matches. We never up-charge mid-year. The Charter price you lock in is the price you keep, for life.

Yes, after year one, anytime. No fees, no contract gymnastics. Charter annual members get year one in exchange for 10 months of payment, so we ask for that initial commitment. After that, members stay because the service is good, not because they're locked in.

Gutter brightening, interior windows, fence sealing, concrete sealing, outdoor furniture cleaning, and pre-listing real estate prep washes are available to members at 20% off, billed only when you use them. Reason: those services have a different cadence (usually once a year), different equipment, or different conditions. Bundling them into a monthly fee would mean charging you monthly for something we deliver once. We'd rather be honest about it.
