What's actually in The Phantom Year?
Two things: (1) The Phantom Reset on Day 1, the most comprehensive top-to-bottom property cleaning we offer, full crew, full day, every surface. (2) A full 12 months of Phantom Pass, four quarterly maintenance visits to keep everything Phantom Clean. The Pass year is complimentary for our first 25 customers.
Why are you giving away the Pass year?
We just launched a new program and we want our first 25 customers to be true believers who'll tell their neighbors. We'd rather lock you in as a long-term member at a founder's rate than make $200 more on a one-time cleaning.
What happens after the 25 founders are sold?
After the first 25 are claimed, The Phantom Year continues, but the Pass year is no longer complimentary. Founders keep their locked-in pricing forever. New customers pay separately for the Phantom Reset and the Phantom Pass at standard pricing.
What happens after my Year 1 of Phantom Pass?
Starting month 13, you continue automatically as a Phantom Pass member at your locked-in founder's monthly rate ($189 Coastal, $249 Hillside, $299 Estate). Cancel anytime, no fees, no contracts.
Can I finance this?
Yes. We offer 6 or 12-month payment plans through a third-party financing partner. Same price, same Phantom Year, just easier on the cash flow. Ask on the welcome call.
What if I just want the Phantom Reset (no Pass)?
We offer that too, call it our bundled deep clean. For your home, it'd be 10–15% off retail. But here's the math: for just a couple hundred dollars more, The Phantom Year includes a $2,988 year of recurring service plus another $700 of bonuses. Most people decide the math doesn't make sense to skip the bundle. But it's your call.
What areas do you service?
All of North County San Diego, including Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, and Escondido. We also serve nearby communities including Poway, Scripps Ranch, and Carmel Valley. Other parts of San Diego County considered case-by-case.
What happens after I claim my spot?
Within one business day, the owner calls you personally. We confirm your home size, lock your founder's price for life, schedule your Phantom Reset (within 14 days), and walk through payment, whatever's easiest for you.
